If you're into solar power, wind power or other forms of renewable energy I'm sure you have heard of the Earth4Energy product. In this article you will get to know if the claims made by Earth4Energy are true, if they are valid and if you can make money with it.
Earth4Energy claims that you can build a solar panel for under $150. When I bought the guide, I was able to get a full solar panel up and running for $165.23. Pretty close to the $150. Maybe, if I spent more time and bought cheaper broken solar cells I could have cut down the cost by 50$.
Yes, you read it right broken solar cells. These are the cheapest cells as they are not commercially used. Sure they produce less watts, but if you have the space what would you choose? One panel that produces 200 Watts for $325.57 or 2 panels that produce 150 watts each for $165.23.
Earth4Energy claims that you can save between 60% and 80% on your energy cost. In an ideal climate, yes it would be possible. However, where I live, I managed to save around 40% to 50%. The savings are very dependent on where you live. That's why they are also offering a wind turbine construction plan.
Although I haven't built one yet myself, it looks just as easy to do as Earth4Energy's solar panel manual. So the final conclusion is: 'Earth4Energy is really worth a try, even if you don't have lots of sun where you live. You can always use the 60-days-refund term (no questions asked) if you're not satisfied."
